Nearly a decade across travel, tourism and hospitality has shaped my professional perspective, but my connection to travel is deeply personal. Aside from my family, few things bring me more joy than discovering places with character, experiencing hospitality at its best and sharing those finds with people who appreciate them.
I think that there is nothing quite as exciting as having a trip ahead of you. Helping clients create experiences that stay with them - especially when travel brings people together to celebrate somewhere remarkable, is what gives my work such meaning. My own sense of adventure tends to lead me to the water: I am an avid scuba diver, a beginner surfer and always eager to experience more of the world through its oceans. I bring that same curiosity and genuine enthusiasm to every journey, together with the experience and judgment to plan it exceptionally well.

LET’S TALK
Following our call, you will receive your Planning Agreement, Trip Design Fee invoice and Client Profile Form. Once the agreement is signed, the fee is paid and your profile is submitted, your trip officially moves into planning.

How Your Journey Comes Together
From our first conversation to your return home, I guide the planning through a series of clear, collaborative stages. You will always know what comes next, what I am taking care of and when your input is needed.
Once you are happy with the proposal, you will approve it and provide authorization for the bookings. I will then make and manage your reservations, communicate your preferences and special requests, and organize each confirmed detail in your digital itinerary.
APPROVE YOUR PLANS
Before departure, I will confirm the final details and make sure your digital itinerary is complete and easy to access. Once you return, I will be in touch to welcome you home and hear how the trip went.
TRAVEL & RETURN
I will develop a personalized proposal based on the priorities established during our Discovery Call. After you review the recommendations and share your feedback, I will make the refinements included in your planning service
REVIEW & REFINE
Not at all. I take great delight in helping clients figure that out. Tell me how you want to spend your time, what interests you and how you want the trip to feel, and I will help translate those ideas into destinations worth considering.
Do I Need To Know Where I Want To Go?
An online search can show you what is available; I help determine what is right for you. I narrow the options, draw on trusted insight and relationships, and manage the research, coordination and details on your behalf - saving you time while introducing you to possibilities you may not have found on your own.
Why Should I Work With You Instead Of Booking Online?
The best time to begin is as soon as you know you would like to travel, even if your dates and destination are not yet settled. Cruises, festive travel, milestone celebrations and private groups often benefit from planning a year or more in advance, and some sailings open for booking several years before departure. Whatever your timeframe, submit an inquiry and we can determine the best way to move forward based on your plans and availability.
How Far In Advance Should I Begin Planning?
The fee covers the research, expertise, recommendations and coordination involved in planning your trip, along with the booking and management services included in your selected service. Trip Design Fees are quoted in USD, paid in full before planning begins, non-refundable and separate from the cost of travel.
What Does The Trip Design Fee Cover?
Initial proposals are generally delivered within seven calendar days once your agreement, fee and required information have been received; private group proposals generally require 14 calendar days. Each planning service includes a specified number of refinement rounds.
When Will I Receive My Proposal, And Can I Request Changes?
The services shown are starting points. If your trip involves additional destinations, nights, travellers, rooms or coordination, I can prepare a personalized proposal reflecting its complete scope.
What If My Trip Falls Outside The Listed Services?
You remain involved in the decisions that matter, while I manage the research, coordination and confirmations behind them. We will connect at key stages to review recommendations, gather your feedback and approve your arrangements.
How Involved Will I Be In The Planning?
I am happy to include your hotel loyalty number when making an eligible reservation so you may receive the applicable points and benefits. I am unable to make hotel reservations using loyalty points on your behalf.
